Brief Specification Description: Zhuqiao Town Reduction Assessment covers a building area of approximately 60,000 square meters (subject to the area stated in the final official report). The main assessment contents include: house decoration and ancillary facilities, land valuation, machinery and equipment, greening, material relocation, etc. within the region. The project is located in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area. The specific project contents, procurement scope and detailed requirements shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the negotiation documents.
